What it collects

Your conversation with the assistant, and the name, email and company you give when you choose to send a brief.

Why

To prepare a brief for Matt, so I know what you need before we speak.

Who processes it

• Anthropic (Claude) writes the assistant's replies. Each message you type is sent to it as you chat, whether or not you later send a brief. Only its API is used, not a consumer chat product.
• Brevo delivers the brief to me by email.

When the provider is OpenAI, store: false is set so responses are not kept for later retrieval.

How long it is kept

Conversations live only in server memory for up to 2 hours. Once a brief is sent, the conversation is not stored. A conversation you never send is not kept.
